What do tickets include?

All of our tickets include the security equipment needed, such as vests and helmets, as well as access to locker.

Full Day from 11:00 to 18:00

Half Day from 14:00 to 18:00

Is it the same price to enter the park, without participating in activities?

Access to the park is free, the cost is for the activities offered. If you come with a tour operator, there is a $20 fee for access to the pool, board games and courts.

Is parking free?

Yes, parking at AquaPark is free. Our parking lot is spacious, with room for many guests to park as well as for tour operator busses.

Is there security inside the park?

 We have onsite surveillance and security cameras as well as lifeguards, safety protocols with life jackets, first aid kits and trained personnel on staff. Our staff members are attentive and well-trained, guaranteeing that if an emergency occurs, they know what to do.

Where is the first aid station in case of an accident?

We have two onsite first aid stations. One located inside the park office and the other in the onsite restaurant, Chozza. These two locations span the park and keep everybody covered and we have trained staff prepared in the event of an emergency.

What is the best day to go to AquaPark?

As long as the sun is out, any day is a good day to go to AquaPark! On weekends, the park fills with more people eager to get out on the water and is a lively environment with families looking to spend quality time together.

Once I have bought my ticket, can I upgrade it?

Yes! For online customers, you can upgrade your ticket by simply paying the difference between your ticket, and the upgrade desired. For clients of tour operators, you must contact the tour operator directly and discuss their upgrade policies and gain approval from both parties to perform an upgrade.

Are there time limits for activities?

There is no limit to the amount of times an activity can be used.  Guests may participate in the activity as many times as they like within the time duration of the purchased ticket.

If someone wants to go to the park a few days in a row, is there a discount?

Currently, there are no discounts for this. However, we do offer membership packages for Wake Lake with excellent discounts.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

 We do not allow outside food and drink inside of AquaPark. There is a restaurant onsite, Chozza, with a large menu full of delicious options for guests to enjoy and refuel.

At what age do children pay to get into the park?

Children ages 6+ must pay for park activities, and can partake in all of them. Under the age of 6, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do children need adult supervision in the park?

Children under the age of 6 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Are there any stature of limitations within the park?

No.

Are pets allowed in the park?

No pets are allowed insides of the park. Pets are allowed within Chozza restaurant under the supervision of their owner
